Dr Lazar is one of a kind. She takes the time to explain diagnosis, plan of care, goes through alternative plans if initial plan isn't tolerated. She knows my Iris is sensitive to many medications and of course Iris is my pup with many comorbidities but i've always felt supported by Dr Lazar when i'm navigating care for Iris. I feel safe bringing my beloved and sometimes crazy pups to her. I know she will care for them as if they are her own. There truly are no words to describe how amazing Dr Lazar is and my gratitude.

I have been taking my fur babies here for a long time. The staff is excellent very friendly, and caring making an appointment is so easy. Reason we came here because my border collie Jaxee was very sick and the vet I was going to just couldn't seem to figure out what was wrong. My daughter started researching veterinarians and found Carlson Animal Hospital and it was run by Dr. Carlson himself so that is who we began to see. I was very pleased and pleasantly surprised when Dr. Carlson said he believes he could help Jaxee and get to the bottom of his issues. And Dr. Carlson did everything all kinds of blood tests were done sent out to all different labs, he went above and beyond to get my boy better and my family will never forget that. We also started seeing Leslie, Dr. Lazar who is as wonderful and knowledgeable works with Dr. Carlson.
Dr. Lazar is very special to me she has been there when I have lost 2 of fur babies, she has comforted me and let me know it was OK to say goodbye. I am very comfortable bringing my fur babies to her it's like family and they all care and love our babies just as much as we do :)
